it's a wonderful rainy wednesday here. the sound of the rain hitting the rooftop and windows simply hypnotizes me. please don't misunderstand while i absolutely love watching a heavy winter snow fall transform my yard into a monochromatic wonderland i guess i've just had enough of it for now. the rain is bringing a welcome reprieve. it's a perfect day to sit at my sewing machine and work. and every now and again i will look up out onto my yard and see my first glimpse of grass peeking through traces of what's left of the white winter blanket. a wonderful wednesday to you all!

ReplyDeleteHow lovely to love the rain. I love a nice rainy day, too, but only when I get to cozy up inside and ignore the outside world. When I have to go somewhere... shudder... that is another story. I'm like a cat. I hate to get wet.

here in brisbane australia is also bucketing down...so lovely...just want to curl up with a magazine and a good coffee...and why not....
